DESCRIPTION:
The Transportation Engineering Group in the Saskatoon office is currently in search of a Senior Transportation Project Manager with experience leading transportation engineering projects such as road/highway design, transit system design and construction projects. Experience with the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects using alternate delivery models (Design-Build, P3 etc.) is considered an asset. Incumbents will also be responsible for effective business and staff development.
REQUIREMENTS:
Seeking self-starting individuals who demonstrate a high degree of professionalism with a strong client focus. Qualifications include:
- Undergraduate degree in civil engineering (advanced degrees considered an asset)
- Experience in a transportation project management role
- A proven track record of completing projects on time and on budget with a high degree of client satisfaction
- General understanding of all project disciplines (e.g. bridge design, electrical design, drainage / hydraulic design, environmental design / mitigation measures, engineering surveys, geotechnical investigations and design)
- Strong technical report and proposal writing skills
- Strong interest in and aptitude for both business and staff development
- Ability to lead and mentor other engineers / technicians;
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. |
