Within our clients growth strategy for the Centre of Excellence Freighters they are looking for an experienced and committed “Certification Manager”, who with his/her outstanding expertise participates significantly in the development of their new conversion programme resulting in the approval by European and international authorities.
Responsible for evaluating the implementation of the development projects and targets regarding qualifications and approval.
Responsible for independent checking and scheduled approval of all the certification and qualification records.
Approval of engineering orders, release of service bulletins and handbooks for airline operations and for maintenance whilst taking into account the Design Organization privileges delegated by the aviation authority.
Initiation and monitoring of all corrective action which ensure avoidance and recovery of safety problems regarding airworthiness, safety, reliability and serviceability, as well as guaranteeing the implementation.
Degree after four years of studies at an establishment of higher education in the field of mechanical engineering specialising in aerospace technology / general mechanical engineering / design / lightweight construction.
Several years of professional experience in certification of Airbus aircraft, their parts, components and systems.
Very good command of MS-Office applications.
Fluent in oral and written English.
Excellent knowledge of national and international certification regulations and procedures (EASA and/ or FAA)
Able to work in teams, good time management, reliable and accurate.
