Conceptual and detailed design of building mechanical systems, such as HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.Coordinate design, working drawings and specifications with consultants and construction managers.Conduct field reviews & manage construction in the field.Mentor and coach EITs, Designers and Engineers. Perform building condition assessments and energy studies and audits (asset).Write reports for building systems reviews and energy audits including remediation requirements (asset). |

| Experience |

Detailed Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Piping and Fire Protection systems.Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP would be an asset.Detailed knowledge of National and Provincial Building and Plumbing Codes and ASHRAE, ASPE, and NFPA Standards. Environmental / Sustainable design and the various LEED® Rating systems is an asset.Experience with Energy studies, audits, and energy consulting is an asset.University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology. |
